Boogie Bounce

Boogie Bounce  is FAB, FUN, FUNKY AND FAT BURNING! A complete exercise programme on a mini trampoline choreographed to inspiring music as an extremely effective cardio, bums, tums and thighs session.

Clubbercise®

If you like the idea of a fitness class that feels more like a night out than a workout you’ll LOVE Clubbercise®. Fun, easy-to-follow dance fitness routines using rave glow sticks to club anthems taught in a darkened room with disco lights.

Pump FX

Pump FX is a complete body workout using barbells and weight plates. Using traditional resistance training exercises such as squats, lunges, presses and rows, this interval-based workout targets individual muscle groups to improve body composition.

Studio Cycle

Hour of Power

Pilates

Pilates is a group exercise programme designed to enhance the posture, strength, balance and stability of a healthy adult. The Pilates technique focuses on strengthening the centre by reteaching the mind and body to recruit core muscles.
